Trip / Departure 

A trip (or departure) groups several routes and partners, organized into stages, and accompanied by content that you create (descriptions, advice, practical information, etc.).
Once finalized, the trip is associated to a traveler, who can access it through the mobile app. The trip content (texts, routes, points of interest, PDFs, etc.) forms the complete experience that the user will use in the field.

Trip Template

A Trip Template (or Model) is a reusable template that allows you to quickly create new trips based on a predefined structure and content.

Hike / route 

A hike or a route is a GPX track enriched with content to assist the traveler throughout their trip. It may include:

• POIs (Points of Interest),
  

• Direction instructions,
  

• Photos,
  

• Interactive elements (quizzes, videos, images, etc.).
  

The route is the main guiding base for the traveler when launched from the mobile app.

Track / Trace & GPX

A track or trace is the geographical path of a route. It is generally stored in GPX(GPS Exchange Format), a standard file format used to record routes, GPS points, and navigation data.

In the application, the track serves as the technical foundation for a route. It displays the itinerary on the map, guides the traveler step by step, and activates alerts or content linked to the GPS position.

Partner 

A partner is a service provider or establishment associated with a trip, such as accommodation, restaurants, airports, or other points of interest related to the travel experience.

POI (Point of Interest)

A POI is a geographical point added to a route to indicate directions, hazards, practical information, or a place of interest, such as a natural site, monument, viewpoint, or other useful location.

For example : POI Direction
Each POI can contain descriptive text, photos, videos, or external links. It enriches the travel experience while providing useful information along the route.

Content (POI) Library 

The content library is a collection of reusable POIs such as nature, history, or practical information, that can be added to multiple routes without requiring a custom description each time.
For example: a tourist office or a water point.
This library saves time by offering standardized and relevant content that helps enrich routes consistently.

Entity

An entity is an organization with its own dedicated workspace, including independent data and users.

You can select the desired entity and sub-entity from the menu located in the upper-left corner of the page.

Kiosk 

A kiosk is a distribution space that allows you to group together and make a selection of routes available to users for tourism type application. 

Kiosk group

A kiosk group is a kiosk component containing a selection of routes grouped by theme. The kiosk group can be geolocated.
